Let’s Talk Zoning: El Paso County Land Development Code meeting

El Paso County planning staff and consultants from Clarion Associates present a “Let’s Talk Zoning” session on the county’s Land Development Code update, at the Woodmoor Barn. The county lists the session for members of the Northern El Paso County Coalition of Community Organizations (NEPCO) and the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce, and says RSVPs are optional. The discussion covers the public review draft of Modules 1 and 2 — zone districts and uses, and development standards — including accessory dwelling units, housing opportunities, zoning for nature and tourism, and agricultural and rural development.
