The Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce has renamed its September craft-beverage festival Monument Pours in the Park. It runs at Limbach Park on Saturday, Sept. 19, from noon to 4 p.m. — beer, spirits, wine, cider and non-alcoholic pours, a jazz band, and 400 tickets at $30 in advance or $35 at the gate.
MONUMENT — The festival the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce has run at Limbach Park each September has a new name. Monument Pours in the Park, which the chamber’s own listings still gloss as “formerly Bines & Brews Festival,” runs Saturday, Sept. 19, from noon to 4 p.m.
The number to plan around is 400. That is where the chamber caps ticket sales — “to maintain the upscale feel and allow you to have conversations with the brewers,” its ticket page says. Advance admission is $30 through Friday, Sept. 18; whatever is left sells at the gate for $35 on the day.
A ticket buys a signature glass and unlimited two-ounce tastings across the four hours, poured by Colorado brewers, distillers, wineries, cideries and makers of non-alcoholic drinks. The Jeff Sutton Jazz Band plays. Food is sold separately by local vendors, there are yard games, and the chamber says ticket holders will be sent a list of the brewers who poured.
The festival is 21 and over, with what the chamber calls a 100 percent ID check, and it has written down the edge cases: designated drivers must also be 21, and no dog of any age is admitted except a trained service dog, whose paperwork the registration team checks at the gate. It goes ahead rain or shine. Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else if the chamber is told before Saturday.
The Town of Monument is this year’s commemorative-glass sponsor and Peace of Mind Limited the music sponsor. Matukat Construction, Renewal by Andersen, Community Banks of Colorado and Club Pilates are listed as silver sponsors, along with ACBF. Apex Waste Solutions, the former Infinite Disposal, is the refuse sponsor, and Gazette Media the media sponsor.
The beverage lineup is not final. The chamber says it is still securing vendors for 2026 and will add them to the event page as they are signed; businesses that want a spot are pointed to [email protected] or (719) 481-3282. Last year’s awards went to Mash Mechanix for People’s Choice Beer, Urban Animal for Top Hop and 3 Hundred Days of Shine for People’s Choice Libation.
